What we did

  • DSE assessments
  • Enablement assessments

We expanded our business with an important client to cover initially DSE and then Enablement assessments. The Posturite team provided these specialised assessments to Fidelity International as a combined hybrid programme, at home or in the office, and rolled out this programme on an international basis in Fidelity’s four main regions. Posturite has run the two services alongside each other, helping provide employees with solutions often for multiple issues.

Product profile

Posturite Assessments

Enablement assessments by Posturite help remove significant barriers at work to enable everyone to do their jobs as effectively as possible. For example, our Neurodiverse Workplace Needs Assessments support employees facing challenges due to dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, autism, epilepsy, severe migraines and more.

Our Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments can transform staff productivity and comfort. They’re vital for preventing the health problems associated with the long-term use of desk and computer equipment.

Posturite Assessments

Our goals

  • Fulfil compliancy around DSE and Enablement assessments
  • Provide international excellence in remote assessments
  • Provide a seamless service as we solve employees' issues
  • Integrate our service offerings

Initially with Posturite we concentrated on meeting the normal health and safety requirements around DSE assessments, but it has developed into a much more employee-focussed service that underlines how we are looking after our workforce.

The changes in people working from home, not in the office, mean there are things that are less in our control and having the two services work alongside each other (DSE/Enablement) is very beneficial because we find that in most of the assessments we have done, people have more than one issue.

We want to make sure that employees feel supported. So if anything does come up within the wider wellbeing arena, we need to address these issues. Posturite score very well in our surveys (95% positive) and the extension of services into areas of such as mental health are welcomed.
